Accept achievements

Sometimes it can be hard to look at everything that you have done and see how many amazing things that you did. Well, that can sometimes stress us as we believe that we have done nothing, but in truth we have done so much. If you accept all of your achievements you will find that you are more satisfied and less upset. Now an achievement can be large or small, but they are still achievements. One example of an achievement could be completing a big project, or getting out of you bed when you had no motivation to. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are awesome!
