Stress relieving Art

Art is a great thing for stress relief. When you create art it allows the brain to take a break and to focus on something different. When you do that it can just allow relaxation to occur and give you new and better perspective to your issues. When you don't worry about the end product of your art it also frees you to create freely. No judgement takes away any stress related to that activity. Do art and don't worry. Express yourself freely.
