Board games are fun and stress relieving. When you play a game that brings you joy, it gives you a break from whatever is stressing you at the time. It also improves your mood so it is a win-win. When you play these games with other people it benefits you even more, because then you are also getting support by playing these games. It improves your social health and when you are able to have a healthy balance of all three kinds of health, then you will feel and do better. So board games can help 2/3 kinds of health. That sounds awesome to me!
