Animals can be a good source of comfort and support, hence why therapy dogs and other animals are useful. Animals can decrease the stress hormone in the body and help to lower blood pressure. Animals can help with mindfulness and pain management. They can also help kids with learning crucial social skills. Animals are very versatile and with humans can make a symbiotic relationship. Go either look at cute videos or pictures of animals, or if you have one, pet your animal. It will be good for the both of you.
