Gratitude


Sometimes it can be very hard to be grateful. Even though someone can have so many things to be grateful for, it can be hard to look beyond the horrors or struggles of everyday life. This is a hard exercise, but sometimes it is one of the most important things to do. When you realize everything that you have, it can put whatever stressful thing into perspective. Here are some guiding questions to work on gratefulness:

What do I have to be happy about?

What makes me smile? Who makes me smile?

What is something that I have that others might not have?

What am I thankful for?

It's gonna be okay. :)
