Music, singing and dancing

When you dance, sing or listen to music it improves your mood. So many people enjoy listening to music, so it is a great outlet for relieving a little stress and becoming happier. Singing has been proven to be a huge mood booster. When you sing, it releases endorphins because you are breathing more deeply. Dancing, also requires more oxygen making it also a mood booster. Also having it an exercise releases even more happy endorphins. This overall is such a great option for improving your mood.
