When you walk, you help to relieve your stress. Crazy, right? First of all it is a low impact exercise, so it improves blood flow without putting too much stress upon your body. Also, it allows you to almost escape your stress for a while. It gives you a well needed break and normally it is outdoors which helps you ten fold. On a walk your problems can be put into perspective and allows you to think clearly. Going on a walk is a great way to get away to breathe for a second.
